NOTE: There are new rules and regulations that your ocean freight provider must understand and be in compliance with under U.S. Customs and Border Protection as well as the C-TPAT program (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism). Failure to provide accurate documentation could be disastrous for your company. Make sure your ocean freight carrier understands these rules. There are strict penalties for companies not in compliance.
